The restoration of the Union Station railway terminal in Seattle provided the central focus in this innovative mixed-use redevelopment including office buildings, retail and public spaces located at the intersection of Seattle’s Pioneer Square, the Stadiums district and the International District. Stephen Day represented Opus Northwest in connection with their office buildings development, including negotiations with the City of Seattle, Nitze-Stagen and Amazon.com regarding the complex ownership and leasing structuring of this landmark project.
