ASHWOOD COMMONS

Owner/Developer: Su DevelopmentArchitect: Collins Woerman Architects Ashwood Commons is a high rise mixed-use project including residential, office and retail elements, all contained within two towers located in Downtown Bellevue. A project of Su Development, Ashwood features high quality architectural and urban design and reaches a new level of city-focused, pedestrian-oriented development for this growing downtown district. The architectural and design team was led by Collins Woerman Architects. Stephen Day and his partner Vincent DePillis worked with Su Development in early project partnership structuring, initial discussions with City officials and negotiation of partnership agreements and financing for this complex project.
