As a member of the Dykeman Architects design team in 1998 - 2000, Nancy influenced the design, coordinated construction documents, and provided construction administration services for this new  PE and Athletic Facility. The 3 court basketball center included a center court with seating for 2000 and 2 practice courts. Programmatic support spaces included a weight and cardio room, wrestling and aerobics room, mens and womens locker rooms, and a lobby with ticket booth and refreshment nook. Construction costs were $10 million.
