In the Support Services Center of the Northshore School District, tenant improvements for 12 Northshore facility support departments were developed within an existing warehouse building in the Canyon Park Business Park.

Nancy provided planning and budgetary oversight as the Director of Planning and Design for the Northshore School District, with an emphasis on delivering the required function with a celebration of the spirit of these departments. Studio Meng Strazzara was the architect. Project cost was $5 million.
