The Canyon Park Junior High Phase 2 Modernization included two new 2-story buildings: an academic building with 17 classrooms, and an administration, library, computer lab building. A modernized theatre, band room, amphitheatre, exterior commons, and site improvements were also constructed.

Nancy provided comprehensive planning services as the Northshore School District Director of Planning and Design, in which she emphasized site design and budgetary management during a volatile construction period. Architect of Record is Dykeman Architects with schematic design by Wise-Miller Architects. Staged construction by Cornerstone, begun in the summer of 2006, allowed early use of the admin/ library building in spring 2007. The classroom building opens for students fall of 2007. Construction costs were approximately $18 million.
